Beaches Apartments Merimbula Fishpen

Tenancy Terms and Conditions:

This agreement is made on the date of submission of this form, and is between Geoff and Keitha McLean as Resident Managers of Beaches Apartments, 1 Ocean Drive, Merimbula NSW as Landlord and you as Tenant in relation to the holiday booking at Beaches Apartments for the dates as confirmed by our booking confirmation advice.

Deposit

Your booking will not be secured until receipt of the requsted booking Deposit.

Final Payment

Full payment of the rental charge is required on arrival.

Cancellations

The following fees will apply to bookings cancelled within:

3 months of occupancy date - 25% of deposit

2 months of occupancy date - 50% of deposit

1 month of occupancy date - 100% of all moneys paid

An administration fee of $50 will apply to all cancellations

We suggest you obtain travel insurance in order to protect yourself from unforseen circumstances that may arise.

Arrival & Departure

Normal arrival time is after 2:30pm and departure time by 9:30am, unless other arrangements have been agreed to in advance.

Number of Guests

Only the number of people booked for can be accommodated, and any increase in numbers without prior approval will lead to termination of tenancy with no refund of any unused portion. The property may not be sublet under any circumstances.

Linen

All linen is included in the tariff.

Noise

Beaches Apartments is located in a quiet neighbourhood and rowdy inconsiderate behaviour cannot be allowed. Rowdy behaviour and mistreatment of the property will lead to eviction and loss of moneys paid.

Pets are not permitted on the grounds or inside the units of Beaches Apartments.

No Smoking

We ask that you respect other users of the property and adhere to our policy of no smoking inside the units

Damage

Any damage or breakages are to be notified to the Managers and paid for by the Tenant

Personal Property

We accept no resposibility for your personal property during your tenancy, and will endeavour to return any personal effects left behind if you can advise us as soon as possible

Facilities

Only Beaches guests are allowed to use the Pool & BBQ area.

Our Commitment

The description of the property is made in good faith and all photographs used to show the property are valid and recent. The property is maintained to the highest standards, but if you should find something not working correctly we ask that you advise us as soon as possible so that the matter can be rectified.
